Yes, we are committed to ensuring that every customer is satisfied with our products. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can request a return within 30 days of receiving the item.

Please contact our customer service team (info@barkbaypet.com) with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with the return address and instructions. Please return it with your valid receipt, ensuring it is securely packaged in its original packaging and in good condition, free of any pet hair with all included paperwork.Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Once we receive your return, we inspect your item(s) and then initiate a refund. Our goal is to process your return within three to five business days of receipt. Credits may take up to an additional five business days to post to your account. Given shipping and processing time, the return process can take up to two to three weeks.

Final credit to your account depends on the policies of the bank or institution of your original payment method.

We will notify you via email when your return has been processed.

If you are not eligible for a cash refund, we will send you an email with your e-gift card exchange amount and directions for how to use it.

Use a soft tape measure to measure your pet's chest and neck. For dogs, the chest measurement should be taken at the widest part just behind the front legs, and the neck measurement should be taken at the widest part of the neck. For cats, measure the girth around the widest part of their ribcage and their neck. Choose the harness size based on these measurements. Our website has a detailed size guide to assist you.

3. Check Movement: Ensure the harness allows free movement. Your pet should be able to walk, run, and sit comfortably without the harness shifting.
4. Check Under Belly and Chest: Make sure there’s no excessive pressure or chafing, especially under the belly and around the chest.
5. Secure Clips and Buckles: Double-check that all clips and buckles are secure but not digging into your pet's skin.

Yes, if the harness size is not suitable, you can contact us for an exchange within 30 days of receiving the item. Please ensure the product is unused, in its original packaging, and has all tags attached.
