Please keep in mind that we offer 30-days guarantee after you receive the package, if it does not function as it should due to a manufacturing defect, we will replace your product free of charge. Hassle and worry free!

Please fill out a Warranty Claim Form to get started. we will review it and get back to you as soon as possible. If you have more than one product to claim, please fill out a separate form for each. You must attach a photo of your product showing the defect or damage to qualify.

What is covered by the BARKBAY Warranty?

Manufacturer’s defects caused by poor craftsmanship or defective hardware or materials when purchased through authorized BARKBAY dealers.Customers are entitled to notify BARKBAY dealers of any discovered defects and demand to rectify them within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the moment of the receiving the Items.

Customers have the right to refuse to take Items and ask for a money refund. In this case, the Items must be returned to the authorized BARKBAY dealers, and their consumer properties, factory labels, and ready-for-sale condition are preserved.

 

What is not covered by the BARKBAY Warranty?

If your BARKBAY product is damaged in the course of normal (or abnormal) wear and tear, you may not qualify for our warranty replacement, but we do offer a complete Replacement Service for a nominal fee.

 

How does the BARKBAY Warranty work?
Fill out the Warranty Claim Form which requires pictures showing the defect and we’ll take a look. If the claim meets our guidelines, we will send you a replacement product free of charge. US and Canada only. Repair or Replace Service
Products failing due to normal wear and tear, abuse, accident, critters, or natural breakdown of materials over extended use and time can be  replaced for a nominal fee. See our Replace Service policies for more information.
